By Fazal Khaliq  MINGORA:  Young scouts here on Monday formally kicked off the spring tree plantation by planting the first tree  of the season. The tree plantation campaign was started on the International Day of Scout, by members of the Swat Scouts Open Group involving elected representatives and government officials. The scouts also formed a group of 60 scouts that will take part in the plantation campaign across the valley. “As usual, we will plant thousands of trees in the different areas of Swat taking the valley on the track of green Pukhtunkhwa.
