MINGORA: Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) former MPA Mufti Kifayatullah said the western media was actively busy in defaming Islam which could be tackled only by following the teachings of Prophet Mohammad (SAW).
He was addressing at large gathering in Seerat un Nabi conference organized by JUI-F Swat at Amankot on Friday. The conference was attended by local elders and JUI-F leaders.
He said that Muslims must follow the teachings and lifestyle of the Prophet Mohammad (SAW) as His life would truly guide them in all aspects.
“We must stand with JUI-F to follow the right paths and true Islam and must avoid the secular parties. We have to go with those powers which work for the uplift of Islam,” he stressed.
He said that being away from true Islamic teachings the Muslim Ummah was struck in the network of problems.
Expressing concerns over the attitude of young generation he said that the new generation in the country was following west while the country was engulfed by obscenity and anti-Islamic values.
JUI-F former senator Maulana Rahat Hussain in his address said that the Holy Prophet (SAW) has shown the true path of success not only in this world but also in the hereafter.
“He is not only remembered by Muslims but also by the non-Muslims because of his credibility in every matter of life following honesty and truthfulness,” he said.
District Swat Ameer of JUI-F Qari Mahmood, General Secretary Ishaq Zahid, Former MPA Maulana Nizamu din, Ijaz Khan, Maulana Sadeeq Ahamd, Shahi Nawab Bacha, Jahangir Khan and Ashfaq Khan Advocate also addressed the conference.
