By Fazal Khaliq SWAT:  The Swat Bar Association here on Tuesday announced a strike and boycott of courts on Wednesday against the arrest of PTI workers and lawyers for conducting a workers’ convention in Khwazakhela tehsil. According to a press release issued by the Swat Bar Association, a meeting was held under President Saeed Khan’s chairmanship. KATHMANDU: Millions of farmers in South Asia depend on meltwater from the Himalayas. Melting glaciers, rainwater and groundwater allow farmers downstream to irrigate their crops.
