MINGORA: Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Federal Ombudsman) was set up in the district courts complex, Saidu Sharif.
According to a press release from the newly established office, the office will facilitate people from Swat, Malakand, Dir, Chitral, Buner and Shangla districts on their complaints against NHA, WAPDA, SNGPL, Passport, NADRA etc.
The press release stated that people can lodge their legal complaints against any employee or officer of federal departments to the office either by letter, personal visit or online complaint service.
It stated that receiving immediate justice is the right of every citizen and the responsibility of the office.
Every decision on a complaint will be taken in 60 days without any expense from the complainant.
